[vc_row][vc_column][pofo_section_heading pofo_heading_type=”heading-style2″ heading_preview_image=”heading-style2″ pofo_heading=”TFM&A Shanghai 2013 report… why not to go” class=”texto-h2″][vc_column_text]Unfortunately, this year TFM&A Shanghai was extremely disappointing. The general vising public was half of the previous year, that to mention that last year was pretty empty. That is, extremely low amount of exhibitors and visitors.

I had the chance to met one of the responsible organizing staff, Carol. Her attention to my comments was the rudest I have ever had, even thou I was trying to acquire a last-time exhibition boot.

I waited to talk with her but she was too busy arguing with the rest of the organizing staff. They where having a big brawl right in front of the visiting public. Arguing loudly and even shouting sometimes.
I patiently waited close to her since I had already schedule a meting with a trade-show equipment rental company. Besides, I needed to get more info for next year’s exhibition.

I waited for her for some 10 minutes and when she finally finished, she just walk away, leaving me there in-front of her staff. I asked her assistance “Sorry to interrupt you, can I talk with Carol” again, professional attitude “No, she is busy and she needs a break and she needs to eat lunch!…

The exhibitors seemed very disappointed too, probable because of the lack of visitors and general attention from the organizers.
The general The floor of the Exposition center was very dirty and it wasn’t clean once for the time the expo lasted.

I had the chance to talk with some of the foreign exhibitors. Very energetic business people from around the world, all greatly disappointed in the terrible organisation, lack of visitors and general presentation.
Thanks to the absence of visitors, I had a good time talking with rival companies. They invested good amounts of money and time, so they use that to give me a great presentation about their business.

It was a great expo …years ago. Definitively, the last time I visit and I want to thank Carol ( carol.yin@ubm.com ) for being so rude, impolite and unprofessional. I am happy that because of that, I didn’t waste my money improvising an exhibition booth.

And that was the TFM&A Shanghai 2013.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
